These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Icalos LLC website and our text messaging (SMS) program. Icalos LLC ("Icalos LLC," "we," "us") provides content monetization consulting to content creators, online entrepreneurs, and business owners. By using our website or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these terms.

SMS Messaging Terms

  1. Program description. Icalos LLC sends customer care text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in through the chat widget on our website. Messages include replies to your inquiries, discovery call and appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and updates about your consulting engagement. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
  2. Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Icalos LLC. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.
  3. Help. If you are having trouble with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or email us at icalos@icalos.com.
  4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  6. Privacy. For questions about how we handle your information, please read our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
